Christmas is usually very special for children... this little girl, Reese, is no exception! Her frantic mother, Rebecca, contacted me on December 23rd to see if I had a Reborn Baby ready to ship out OVERNIGHT!! She had ordered one on Etsy and the shop owner was not returning her emails or phone calls! The reborn baby was promised to be delivered before Christmas... that was not going to happen.
Luckily I had one baby, dressed as a girl, I could send. Reese really wanted a boy, so her mother went out that night and purchased some boy-like clothes. It was fine because our reborns are unisex unless you purchase the option of a belly plate.
I shipped the baby overnight to be delivered to Tennessee by 3 pm on Christmas Eve. All day on the 24th, I was hoping the baby would arrive as promised by the USPS. At around 2:45 pm I received an email from the mother that the baby had arrived safely and she was thrilled! Now my mind could rest.
On Christmas morning Reese opened her present and was so... happy!! She named the little "fellow" Jax. All's well that ends well.
