When you place an order with Memorable Pets, LLC you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions. Please read them prior to ordering.

Your Right to Privacy

We believe privacy is very important for families dealing with a loved one who has Alzheimer’s or dementia.  We will not post blogs to our website using real or complete names of our customers or their loved ones, without their written permission.  By sending us pictures and comments about your experience with our products you are giving us permission to use this information on our site blog and on other social media channels.  If this is misunderstood and you contact us, we will honor your request to remove all or partial information and picture(s).

Special Requests

If you are looking for a particular breed or size of pet and we don’t have it, please email us at help@memorablepets.com and we may be able to find it for you.  We have access to many plush pets.  Special requests may not be delivered within our standard delivery time frame.  Special requests may take longer to find. Pricing for special requests will be quoted via email.

Place Orders and Pay Online

When you order and pay online, our intelligent system starts working to ensure rapid delivery. Memorable Pets currently accepts payment from your Pay Pal account, or by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards through the secure Pay Pal Advanced system.

If we discover a glitch in our website or with Pay Pal, where we do not get paid in a timely manner, we reserve the right to invoice the customer to request payment immeadiately by personal check, cash or credit card.  If we are not successful in collecting payment we reserve the right to turn it over to a collection agency and / or report it to the three major credit rating companies.

We try very hard to ship merchandise within 5 business days of receiving your order. Usually, they will leave our warehouse within 3 business days. You should recieve your Memorable Pet(s) within 7 – 10 business days if you live in the Continental United States.  For areas outside of the US delivery could be up to 21 business days.  If we can't for some reason fullfill these delivery estimates, we will email you with a correct shipping / delivery estimate. We provide tracking when we think it is required.  We retain the right to use the shipping method of our choice.

Sales Tax

Tax (6%) may be applied to your order if you live in the state of Kentucky. In this case the order total that you see at checkout will be adjusted to add in the appropriate tax amount.

Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email Orders

Memorable Pets cannot accept retail orders by Postal Mail, or Fax.   You may email us if you want to order a pet to be paid for by personal check.  Email us at help@memorablepets.com. We will email you back the total amount due and the address of where to mail your check. Once we recieve your check we will ship out your pet(s). You may also call us at 859-879-0905 and we can help you with an order, if you prefer. This special service is only for those without a computer or who are uncomfortable ordering online.

Sending credit card numbers by email is not secure, and we do not recommend ever doing this.

COD Orders

Memorable Pets cannot accept COD orders at this time.

Credit Card Orders

With Memorable Pets you may use American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard as payment on orders through the Pay Pal Pro system. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address, if different from the shipping address, and daytime/evening phone numbers. If the billing address you give does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. We cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved.

Purchase Orders

Corporate and institutional purchase orders (nursing homes, hospitals, military, government, schools and universities) wanting larger quantities (10 or more) can email us at help@memorablepets.com for a custom price quote with shipping and handling charges. These orders may be paid for by corporate check. Once we recieve your check we will mail out your pets. Checks for very large orders will have to clear the banks before the pets will be shipped out. These orders may take longer than our standard delivery time.

Back-orders

If the item you have ordered becomes out of stock, we will attempt to fill your order ASAP.  Delivery of a backordered item may be longer than our standard shipping time. We will make every effort to get your Memorable Pet to you as soon as possible.

Shipping and Handling Charges

These charges are standard and are added at the time of checkout. We have discounted shipping and handling charges for buying two Memorable Pets that will be shipped to the Continental United States only.  We do this to promote Buddy Pets or having a back-up pet for your loved one.  Discounted shipping rates only apply to the Continental USA.  International shipping and handling charges are more than domestic charges.

International Orders:

Currently, we sell to most of the world except for some countries we have chosen not to do business with at this time.  We also sell to our US Armed Forces, wherever they may be stationed.  International orders must be processed online through Pay Pal Pro.  Personal or corporate checks for international orders are not accepted at this time. If you need a custom quote for bulk purchasing of 20 or more Memorable Pets, please email us at help@memorablepets.com.

Returning or Exchanging Merchandise

Please keep your paperwork in case you need to arrange for returns or exchanges. Also, please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they may contain important information.

**Most merchandise will be accepted for return with a full refund, less shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached.  You must email us in 5 days of receipt of your pet if you want to return it.  Send an email to help@memorablepets.com. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return. You will be given a full refund less shipping and handling once we receive the merchandise back.

**Special order & custom items are made especially for our customers and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

You may exchange your pet(s) within 30 days with receipt and paperwork. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached. You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges of the new pet. Please email us within 21 days of receipt of your pet if you want to exchange it.  Send an email to help@memorablepets.com.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Memorable Pets, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liability (including product liability), damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of any Memorable Pets.

Price and/or Description Changes

All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us ASAP with any discrepancies.

When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on our website. Price differences related to future or past prices are not refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time.

Product Safety

We are happy to provide some information about our supplier’s safety program.Our supplier’s management team makes regular trips to their production factories to ensure that the quality and safety standards required are in place. Our supplier has strong relationships with a limited number of high quality factories. None of their items are made by subcontractors. They also employ their own quality/safety inspectors to be on site during production.

Each style we have selected is tested on regular intervals by independent testing labs. This ensures that all of our products meet or exceed the US Government and the voluntary Toy Safety Standards.

We do not sell, rent, or loan your information to third parties without your permission. So, for example, we do not sell your email address or other information to mass marketers. Memorable Pets will be allowed to contact you if necessary to communicate order, shipping, and/or Pets To People information.

Privacy Protection for Children

In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we will not knowingly provide our service to persons under the age of 18.
