Baby boy Landon is adorable and amazingly real looking! He is 17 " long , weighs 5 lbs. He can come with or without hair. Plus you can add a drink / wet system if desired. These are options you select when ordering. Upon request, we can further customize with various skin tones, hair colors, freckles, birth marks, dimples, etc. Please contact Bettina at bettina@memorablepets.com to communicate desired hair color, eye color and any special markings wanted. Our babies come with 2 outfits, they are wearing an outfit and I put in an extra outfit, along with hairbrush, paci and maintenance instructions. OUR CUSTOM REBORN BABIES ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Standard handling time is pending sculpture availability.
This is the process for these works of art: We begin with a silicone sculpture. Our Silicone Reborns are hand made one by one. Each baby takes approximately 40 hours to sculpt, 10-15 to caste in premium silicone and trim and 15-25 to paint, matt and root hair —incorporating quality materials and up to 3 or 4 different artisans to bring them to life. Silicone paints are applied in 12-15 layers, curing between each layer. Then the baby is sealed, the silicone skin is matted and hair/lashes are rooted (if desired) using mohair or alpaca locks. The rooting process for hair and lashes involves putting in one or two hairs at a time with a fine felting needle; glass eyes are installed into the sculpture (if it’s an awake baby doll).These full-body silicone babies are 100% hand-crafted works of art and heart. They are anatomically correct and may be ordered as a boy or girl in a variety of skin tones. poured in platinum silicone in one pour. And as in all handcrafted art work (and in real babies) they are perfectly imperfectly.
